Introduction
According to the characteristics of high water content of lignite, the lignite drying system has a special design on the internal structure of the cylinder, which strengthens the crushing of agglomerated materials, not only improves the thermal efficiency, but also effectively avoids the over-drying of coal in the dryer. The lignite dryer has successfully solved the problems of potential safety hazards, dust pollution, and high fuel costs in the lignite drying process, and realized the large-scale upgrading of lignite.

1. The system is equipped with a fully automatic intelligent monitoring system, which achieves automatic control and adjustment, continuous automatic parameter collection, fault alarm, and safety interlock protection during operation.
2. Adopt dedicated heat source injection furnace for lignite drying, greatly reducing fuel costs. The system has high heat exchange efficiency and saves 30% -50% of coal compared with traditional coal-fired hot air furnaces.
3. The system has good sealing performance, and is equipped with safety explosion-proof devices to eliminate the possibility of lignite combustion and explosion, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
System
After the lignite is crushed, it is transported to the feeding box by belt conveyor, and then slides into the rotary dryer. It is guided to the inclined lifting area by the guiding plate. With the rotation and the inclination of the cylinder, the lignite is lifted from the bottom to the top of the cylinder, then falls to form a “material curtain”. At the same time, the high-temperature flue gas passes through the lignite and forms convective heat exchange with the wet material, preheating and evaporating part of the water. The above process is repeated between the material and the flue gas until the thermal balance of the target moisture is reached, and the material is discharged from the drum. The tail gas containing a large amount of water vapor and dust can be directly discharged after being double-purified by cyclone dust collector and bag filter.
