Introduction
Sugarcane is one of the main raw materials for sugar production. The remaining sugarcane bagasse after sugar processing can be used for papermaking, biomass heat source, power generation, etc.
The sugarcane bagasse dryer adopts high-temperature and rapid drying process. With a large heat transfer coefficient and high thermal efficiency, it can quickly dry sugarcane bagasse to a moisture content of about 12%. The bagasse dryer is specially designed for drying materials with a certain degree of viscosity, and a special scraping device is used inside the drying cylinder to avoid the material sticking to the wall.
Advantages
1. The three drum bagasse dryer reduces the floor area by about 50% and power consumption by 60% compared to the single drum dryer.
2. Multiple combinations of materials lifting plants, effectively regulating the drying time and achieving good drying effect.
3. Adopting variable frequency speed regulation to control material flow, the moisture content of the material can be easily adjusted according to user requirements.
4. Special dispersing and lifting device is installed inside the cylinder, which can effectively prevent material from sticking to the wall and being scorched.
5. A variety of heat sources can be selected, such as hand-fired hot blast stove, large power plant oil boiler, direct or indirect hot blast stove, gas, oil, coal-fired stove, etc.
System
Bagasse dryer is mainly composed of heater, feeder, rotary drum, discharge machine, induced draft fan, discharge feeder, cyclone separator, power distribution cabinet, etc. The wet bagasse entering the dryer is evenly distributed in the drum under the action of the lifting board, and fully contacted with the hot air generated from the furnace. Then the wet material will be fully dried.
