Introduction
Bentonite dryer is a large-scale drying equipment designed based on the specific characteristics, yield, quality of bentonite. It adopts a new type of combined lifting device to make the material without wind tunnel phenomenon, so as to enlarge the contact area between bentonite particles and hot air, allowing bentonite to fully exchange heat, dehydrate, improve heat utilization, and thereby increase production.
Advantages
1. The thermal efficiency of bentonite dryer is 40%-50% higher than that of traditional dryer, and energy consumption is saved by about 45%.
2. Solve the problem of water vapor returning to the material as the system temperature decreases, improving the drying efficiency.
3. Counter-current conduction dehydration, avoiding repeated drying procedures, high work efficiency and small floor space.
System
The bentonite dryer equipment is slightly inclined device. The higher-end materials slowly rotate to the lower end discharge port. As the cylinder rotates, the lifting plate picks up and throws down the materials, forming a “material curtain” to promote rapid drying of the materials. The dried materials are discharged from the discharge port, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the flue after dust removal.
