Introduction
Cassava residue is a by-product of starch extraction in starch factories. It is rich in crude fiber and is suitable as feed raw material. Our cassava residue dryer can dry the moisture content of the cassava dregs to below 12% in one time. The cassava residue dryer is equipped with devices for temperature regulation, material lifting, guiding and dispersing, which effectively avoids wall sticking and blockage. The dried cassava residue material has good color and quality, and is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.

System
The cassava residue drying system is composed of combustion machine, hot air stove, cassava residue dryer, bag dust removal equipment, induced draft fan, power distribution cabinet, etc. In the dryer cylinder, the special material guiding plant, lifting plate, crushing device can effectively prevent the adhesion, agglomeration, and blockage of cassava residue. It is suitable for drying various sweet potato residues, cassava residues, starch residues, distiller’s grains and other materials.
