Introduction

System
The wet material is sent into the hopper by the conveyor, and then enters the feeding end through the hopper feeder, and the material flows into the drum along with the inclined pipe. The drum is slightly inclined to the horizontal line, the material is added from the higher end. The hot air enters from the lower end, forming a countercurrent contact with the material. There is also hot gas flowing into the cylinder together with the material. As the cylinder rotates, the material moves to the lower end under the action of gravity. When the wet material moves forward in the cylinder, heat transfer occurs with the hot air, so that the wet material can be dried. Then the finished product is sent out through a conveyor at the discharge end to complete the drying process.
