Introduction
Coal slag dryer is mainly used for drying materials with a certain humidity or particle size in mineral processing, metallurgy and other industries. The coal slag dryer has strong adaptability to materials, and it can dry various materials, and the equipment operation is simple and reliable, so it is widely used.
Advantages
1. A cleaning device is equipped inside the cylinder, which can avoid wall sticking inside the dryer, and improve the quality of the drying product.
2.The operating parameters can be adjusted according to different material properties, so that the material can form a stable curtain inside the cylinder, allowing for more complete mass and heat exchange, and higher drying efficiency.
3. The cylinder is horizontally placed, with zero thrust and no axial force burden, reducing the wear of the supporting rollers and rings, extending the service life of the bearings, reducing accident rates, and reducing maintenance costs.
System
When the coal slag dryer works, the material is fed into the feeding end of the dryer through the conveying equipment, and enters the cylinder through an inclined feeding pipeline. The cylinder rotates slowly and has a certain inclination angle with the horizontal line. The coal slag enters the cylinder from the higher end and slowly moves towards the lower end under the action of gravity. At the same time, the heat carrier is introduced from the lower end and in reverse contact with the coal slag material, completing the drying of the coal slag during the contact process. In addition, the lifting plate inside the cylinder continuously lift and scatter the coal slag material, increasing the contact area between the coal slag and the heat carrier, thus improving the drying efficiency.
