Introduction
Screw dewatering machine is widely used in the dehydration of high humidity materials such as distiller’s grains and fruit residue before drying. It can reduce the moisture content of the materials to about 50%, and the dehydrated materials can directly enter the drying equipment, greatly reducing the burden on the dryer and greatly reducing energy consumption. It is an essential processing equipment for high humidity materials before drying.

System
After the material is pre-dehydrated through centrifugal sieve, it enters the extruder from the inlet, and is extruded and dehydrated by a conical spiral before being sent to the outlet. Most of the water is filtered out through the sieve plate, thus achieving the purpose of dehydration. The dehydrated material can be directly fed into the dryer for drying. For different types of materials and changes in output, it can be realized by adjusting the rotation speed of the extruder to achieve the matching of dehydration effect and output.
