Introduction
Rotary drum dryer is an efficient industrial drying equipment for bulk solids. Currently, there are mainly single drum dryer and three drum dryer. The rotary dryer is widely used in industries of feed, fertilizer, chemical, pharmaceutical, and mining.
The design of the rotary dryer is customized based on the characteristics of the raw materials. The parameters of residence time, length and diameter, and airflow configuration (co-current or counter-current) are all specially designed based on the characteristics of the raw materials.

Rotary drum dryer is simple and reliable drying equipment that can dry various materials. The machine is mainly composed of
1. Main body of the dryer: a rotating cylinder that is slightly inclined to the horizontal line. The wet material rotates with the cylinder inside the cylinder, and is dried and discharged under the action of gravity.
2. Material lifting plate: The material rotates with the rotating cylinder, and is continuously lifted and scattered during the process of full contact with the hot air flow, forming a uniform curtain for the wet material in the cylinder, and fully contacting with the hot air flow for heat exchange.
3. Rotating device: The rotating device drives the drum of the dryer to rotate, so that the wet material fully contacts the inner wall, thereby conducting heat exchange.
4. Feed box: The material enters the rotating body from the feed box.
