Introduction
Kaolin drying machine is generally suitable for particle materials and can also be used for sticky and paste materials with high moisture content. The dried material will not damage its original characteristics, ensuring better application of the material. The complete drying system mainly consists of components such as cylinder device, front and rear supporting wheel device, feeding and discharging device, transmission device, and gear cover.

System
The material is fed into the dryer through the feeding device, and it is lifted to the top by the lifting plate. Then the material falls, it is broken by the high-speed rotating blades in the dryer, repeating this process until it reaches the outlet. At the same time, the hot air enters the dryer and fully contacts with the material, so that the material is dried quickly, and then is discharged through the conveyor at the discharge end.
