Introduction
The mineral dryer is featured with high processing capacity, high efficiency, and high degree of automation. The internal structure of the equipment is made of wear-resistant materials, with a long service life and a diameter of over 4 meters. It is suitable for rapid water control and humidity adjustment of iron concentrate, manganese ore powder, and phosphorus concentrate.
Advantages
1. Adopt downstream drying technology, and the material can form a stable full-cut material curtain in the dryer barrel, allowing more sufficient mass and heat exchange.
2. Equipped with complete dust removal device, ensuring strong sealing performance, no dust overflow, and good operating environment.
3. Adopt a “self aligning roller device”, which makes the supporting wheel and the rolling ring in linear contact, thereby reducing accessory wear and power loss.
4. A new type of feeding and discharging device has been used to solve the problems of feeding blockage, discontinuity, unevenness, and material return in the dryer, reducing the load of the dust removal system.
System
The concentrate material is fed into the dryer, then thrown by the lifting device to form a uniform material curtain. It mixes with the high-temperature gas. Due to the rotation and inclination of the cylinder body, the material turns in the circumferential direction and moves along the axial direction. The material is continuously lifted and scattered by the lifting plate. The material and gas exchange heat while moving in the cylinder at the same time, so that the moisture of the material continues to evaporate and is gradually dried. The gas temperature gradually decreases, and the dried material is discharged from the low end.
