Introduction
The ore dryer can be used to dry fly ash, desulfurization gypsum, clay, river sand, etc. Adopt three-cylinder drying process, the ore dryer has the features of reasonable design, stable performance, high output, low energy consumption, small footprint, and high degree of mechanization. After the improvement of our technical personnel, the applicability has been further enhanced, and the ore dryer has very good results in the treatment of high humidity materials.

System
After the wet material is added to the dryer, it is evenly distributed and dispersed in the dryer under the stirring of the lifting plate in the cylinder. The material is fully contacted with the counter-current hot air to accelerate drying and heat transfer. During the drying process, the material is fully dried under the action of the inclined lifting plate and hot air flow, and then moves to the other section of the drum to complete the drying process. The discharged dust containing moisture is uniformly collected by dust removal equipment.
