Introduction
Fruit residue has high moisture content and is difficult to store and transport. Our pomace dryer production line adopts a series of innovative technologies and processes to dry the materials with high sugar content, high water content, and easy adhesion. The pomace with moisture content of about 80% can be quickly pre-dehydrated and dried to a dry product with a moisture content of about 10%. Good drying effect, uniform drying, and no loss of nutrients.
Advantages
1. Compared with single drum dryer, the three drum pomace dryer reduces land occupation by about 50% and civil engineering investment by about 50%. The thermal efficiency of the cylinder can reach over 70% (traditional single cylinder dryer has a thermal efficiency of only 35%).
2. Adopt integrated PLC intelligent control system, with high degree of automation and simple operation. Only 1-2 people can complete the drying operation.
3. Adopting variable speed transmission, the rotating speed of the drum can be adjusted according to the different moisture content of the material to achieve the ideal drying effect.
4. Equip with powerful disperser inside the drum, which can effectively solve the problem of adhesion and agglomeration during the fruit residue drying process.
5. Multi-stage purification treatment equipment is adopted. With good sealing performance, no dust leakage, and clean and tidy working environment.
System
After dehydration, the wet fruit residue enters the dryer. It is evenly dispersed in the dryer and fully contacted with the hot air under the flipping of the evenly distributed lifting plate, accelerating the drying process. During the drying process, the fruit residue is discharged from the other end of the dryer under the action of the inclined lifting plate and the heat medium.
