Introduction
Raw coal with high moisture content has low calorific value, and is difficult to realize industrial application. The raw coal dryer is designed for the raw coal with high moisture content and different usage requirements. It solves technical problems such as production costs, dust pollution, and automatic control, greatly improving the quality of raw coal.
Advantages
1. Equip with dedicated heat source system for raw coal drying, which not only solves the fuel problem of the drying system, but also solves the problem of dust generated in the drying system.

System
The wet raw coal is first dispersed by a special feeding and dispersing device, and then transported to the feeding machine by a belt conveyor. Then the wet coal is delivered to the drum of the raw coal dryer. The coal is evenly dispersed and fully contacted with hot air under the flipping of uniformly distributed lifting plate in the drying drum, achieving the purpose of heat and mass transfer drying. The dried coal is discharged from the end of the drum, and the finished product is conveyed by the belt discharger to complete the drying process.
