Introduction
Sand dryer is generally suitable for drying particle materials, especially for sand, river sand, quartz sand, etc. The advantages of the river sand dryer are large production capacity, wide application range, small flow resistance, large allowable fluctuation range in operation, and convenient operation. After drying, the final moisture content of the sand can reach 0.5-1%.
Advantages
1.The initial moisture content of the sand is 15%, and the final moisture content is guaranteed to be below 0.5-1%. It is a common used drying equipment for cement plant slag powder, and dry and wet mortar production line.
2.The thermal efficiency is increased by more than 40% compared with traditional single-cylinder dryer.
3. The fuel can be white coal, bituminous coal, coal gangue, oil, steam, etc. Capable of drying block materials, granular materials, and powder materials below 20-40mm.
4. The discharge temperature is less than 60℃, and it can be fed directly into the material warehouse without cooling.
5. The temperature of the outer cylinder is less than 60℃, and the temperature of the exhaust gas is less than 120℃, so the service time of the bag dust removal equipment is extended by more than 2 times.
System
The sand dryer mainly consists of cylinder device, front and rear supporting wheel device, feeding and discharging device, transmission device, gear cover, and other components. The sand dryer adopts a new type of lifting plate device, which has multiple functions such as material guiding, flow equalization, and material lifting. The lifting plate can make the material evenly distributed in the radial section of the drying cylinder, fully in contact with the hot airflow, and achieve the the purpose of making full use of heat energy.
