Introduction
Coal slime has high humidity and viscosity, which seriously affects the quality and use value of coal slime. In order to effectively recycle and utilize coal slurry, we have developed an anti sticking and self-cleaning drum coal slime dryer system to realize large-scale recycling and utilization of coal slime.
Advantages
1. After special treatment on the outer surface of the cylinder, the outer surface temperature is reduced from about 45°C to about 20°C, which greatly reduces the heat consumption of the hot air flow heating the cylinder.
2. A new type of cleaning device is used inside the cylinder to prevent coal slurry from sticking to the wall, and improve the quality of the drying product.
3. The ratio between the guide plate spacing and its height is optimized and designed to solve the entrainment problem of coal slime in the guide plate.
4. The dryer is equipped with an efficient self crushing device inside, which allows the coal slurry to be quickly crushed and undergo mass and heat exchange with high-temperature hot air flow, thereby improving the drying thermal efficiency of the dryer.
System
The coal slime is broken up by the dispersing device, and then sent to the drum through the belt conveyor. At the same time, the heat source is intervened to dry the material as it rotates. Then the material is discharged from the discharge port through induced draft fan. After being purified by the dust removal equipment, the exhaust gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe. The fine coal powder collected by the cyclone dust collector is sent to the discharge belt conveyor, and mixed into the dried product.
