Introduction
Our sludge dryer is developed based on the characteristics of sludge, which can effectively solve the adhesion between sludge and equipment. After drying, the sludge is dry and wet evenly, and the original tissue composition does not change. At the same time, it can effectively kill various pathogenic bacteria and parasitic eggs in the sludge during the drying process, achieving the goals of harmlessness, reduction and stabilization of sludge treatment.

Scope of application: municipal sludge, domestic sludge, electroplating sludge, chemical sludge, oily sludge, papermaking sludge, printing and dyeing sludge, pulp sludge, textile sludge, pharmaceutical sludge, biochemical sludge, tanning sludge, alkali mud, copper mud and other sludge.
System
The sludge dryer production line is mainly composed of hot blast furnace, feeding device, dryer, discharging device, induced draft fan, dust removal equipment, desulfurization equipment, control cabinet and other parts.
The sludge is fed into the dryer together with hot air, and then crushed into loose form by a special cracking device. The hot air quickly evaporates the surface moisture of the sludge, effectively preventing it from clumping again. Afterwards, under the action of material guiding and lifting system, the sludge moves in a reciprocating manner, making it more fully in contact with the hot air and accelerating the evaporation rate of water inside the sludge. Finally, the sludge that meets the drying requirements is automatically discharged under the action of special material guiding plate.
