Introduction

The triple pass rotary dryer is designed to improve the drying efficiency and reduce the floor occupation. It can be used to dry wood chips, sawdust, bark, straw, coconut bran, fiber, palm fiber, alfalfa, sugarcane bagasse, cassava residue, etc. The final product can be used in boiler combustion, gasification, power generation, and animal feed.
The drying equipment consists of three parts: inner cylinder, middle cylinder, and outer cylinder. The material in the inner cylinder exchanges heat with the hot air in the form of radiation, convection, and conduction. And the heat exchange in the outer cylinder uses both conduction and convection. The dryer has high thermal efficiency and significant energy saving effect.

Advantages

1. The self-insulation thermal efficiency of the cylinder exceeds 70%, which is 35% higher than that of traditional single-cylinder dryer.
2. Adopt supporting wheel transmission, which makes the installation of the equipment more convenient, the operation simpler, and the operation rate higher.
3. Compared with the single-cylinder dryer, the length of the three-pass dryer is reduced by about 50%, and the civil engineering investment is reduced by about 40%.
4. The new combined lifting plate can make the materials and hot flue gas achieve ideal drying effects. And there is no air leakage, effectively solving the sealing difficulty.
5. The low discharge temperature ensures a longer service life of the dust removal equipment.

System

The material is sent to the drum by the belt conveyor for downstream drying. Under the action of the inner lifting plate, the material is scattered in a spiral shape and continues to move forward, passing through the inner, middle and outer layers to achieve heat exchange between the material and the hot air. After drying, the material is quickly discharged under the action of air to complete the drying process.
