Introduction
The sawdust rotary dryer generally adopts triple pass rotary dryer, which can quickly dehydrate sawdust with a water content of 50% to about 15%. A high-speed rotating crushing device is equipped inside the cylinder, which increases the contact area between the material and the drying medium. The specially designed lifting plate and guiding plate inside the equipment make it difficult for the material to adhere to the cylinder wall. The entire machine has good insulation and sealing performance, and high thermal efficiency.

System
The sawdust dryer has three cylinders: inner cylinder, middle cylinder and outer cylinder. The sawdust and hot air flow in parallel inside the dryer cylinder. Special shaped guiding plate is equipped inside each cylinder. The material is lifted to a certain height by the material lifting plate inside the cylinder, and moves forward in a spiral manner under the action of gravity and hot air gravity. The material undergoes sufficient heat exchange within the three-layer cylinder.
